Enthusiast Significantly Improves Graphics in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

A new video has surfaced online showcasing the latest version of the SA_DirectX mod, which significantly enhances the graphics in the iconic action game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, released about 17 years ago.

The mod creator noted that he has added volumetric clouds, realistic reflections, raindrops, "god rays," SSAO smoothing, and many other technologies to the project. He has also significantly improved the game's lighting. All of this can be seen in the published video.

However, this modification is still in the closed beta testing phase, so it is not available for download in the public domain. Currently, only the modder's Patreon subscribers can try it. Nevertheless, the enthusiast has promised to release the mod to the general public once he has completed all the work on it.
