In a sci-fi themed fast food restaurant, you'll be flipping burgers to feed astronauts, aliens and space cats. Galaxy Burger is the second game by Galactic Workshop. It's a "relaxing cookery simulator" designed to be stress-free whether you play alone or in online or LAN cooperative mode.
Galaxy Burger offers burgers in a variety of toppings: eggs, cheese, lettuces, pickles (including alien pickles), and various types of buns. It's all about the combinations, where you can mix sodas, iced drinks, juices and other strange drinks with fried foods like onion rings, fries, calamari, shrimp and more.
Galaxy Burger is clearly inspired by games such as Overcooked, PlateUp, and Cook, Serve, Delicious, but it has a more relaxed approach. It's not as time-limited as those other games--just chilling cooking and getting orders right.
Create perfect burgers with a variety ingredients, create your own recipes and delight your customers. The developer says that you can create a variety burgers, whether they are large or small, vegan or fish-based, with or without eggs, on black or white bread, or even if there is no bread.
Galaxy Burger, released just this week, has received a lot of positive Steam user reviews. At press time, there were 125 reviews with a 94% positive rating.
One positive review reads "You can steal your friends ketchup." I haven’t yet found the same negative review posted by my friend.
Galaxy Burger is available on Steam for just $12, but you can get 20% off until September 6th.
